I’m a hands-on, no-nonsense professional from Rotterdam with over 15 years of experience in leading change, whether it’s in traditional project settings or fast-paced Agile environments. I’ve worked as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Release Train Engineer, and I know how to bring people together to deliver real, lasting results.

I’m not a fan of buzzwords or endless frameworks, but I do know how and when to use them. PRINCE2, IPMA, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum… they’re all tools. The real value lies in understanding the people, the context, and the problem you're trying to solve.
