Projectmanagement

No one-size fits all. Just the right approach to get it done.

Hybrid Project Management

Not every organization runs fully Agile, and that’s okay. When you're dealing with both Scrum teams and traditional structures, a Hybrid approach works best. I’ve helped teams find that balance: clear milestones, enough flexibility, and a shared understanding of success. Together, we define the approach before we start, clear and delibrate.

Agile Project Management

When speed, learning and product value are key, Agile is the way to go. I coach Product Owners, Product Managers and Scrum Masters to get the most out of their teams and stakeholders. I can support or take the lead, always with a focus on flow, quality, and delivery. From continuous improvement to CI/CD: it’s about helping teams move forward, fast and focused.

Traditional Projectmanagement

Structured, solid, and reliable. When the outcome is clear from the start, this approach gets it done. I use proven methods like PRINCE2, detailed work packages, clear plans, and steering committees to keep things moving. In my experience, every project deserves a tailored structure that fits its complexity, no overkill, just smart planning and real results.

Expertise

I don't just advise, I help you deliver. With four core areas of expertise designed to boost your delivery power and drive real results:

  • Projectmanagement, a no-nonsense, tailored approach that matches the complexity of you challenge(s).

  • Organizational Transformation and Leadership Coaching, for leaders ready to roll up their sleeves and drive real change.

  • Hands-on teamcoaching and training, practical hands-on support to elevate team performance and mindset.

  • Certified or custom-built trainings that turn theory into real-world Agility.

Organizational Transformation and Leadership Coaching

Driving real change means working from the inside out, with clear direction, strong leadership, and actions people actually feel. No buzzwords, just momentum.

Organizational Transformation

Change only works when it sticks, not in slides, but in how people work and think. I help organizations design and deliver transformations that make sense for their structure, culture, and goals.

We define the approach together: strategic where needed, hands-on where possible. Whether you’re shifting ways of working, reorganising teams or launching a new direction, I bring clarity, structure, and action to the table.

Leadership coaching

Real change starts with leadership that walks the talk. I coach leaders and management teams to lead with confidence, communicate with clarity, and support their people through change.

No generic frameworks, just honest conversations, sharp reflection, and practical guidance to help you grow into the leader your organization needs right now.

Team Transformation

High-performing teams don’t just happen. They’re built through clarity, trust, and the right kind of support. That’s where I come in.

Coaching Teams

Teams thrive when they feel safe, know where they’re going, and understand how to get there together. I help teams build that foundation, by stepping in where needed, or by coaching key roles like Scrum Masters, Product Owners or Release Train Engineers (SAFe).

Sometimes that means filling in PO, SM or RTE role temporarily to lead by example. Other times, I guide team members to grow. Either way, the goal is the same: better collaboration, sharper focus, and a team that delivers more together.

Professional Scrum and Agility training

Training that cuts through the noise. Whether you need a licensed Scrum course or a custom-built session, I help teams and Scrum Masters grow their skills and mindset where it matters most: in practice.

Professional Scrum Master Training

I offer both Licensed Professional Scrum Master trainings (Scrum.org) and custom agility workshops tailored to your team’s reality. No theory overload, just relevant learning that sticks, connects, and improves the way your team works.

We’ll set up a training that fits your goals, your people, and your current level of agility. You bring the challenge, I bring the tools.

Edwin is a huge asset in Priva, and in his role of RTE helped us to make a big next step up in our agile practice. Edwin brings creative new viewpoints and solutions and is a go-getter, focused on progress and quality. We also included Edwin in strategic management team offsites, where he added lots of value through his wealth of experience. Edwin is a great guy to work with!

I have experienced Edwin as a good agile leader. Thanks to his servant leadership, good stakeholder management and no nonsense personality he has contributed to an environment with more transparency, predictability and agile mindset.
